9. Oh no, we are getting so tired of saying this, but Alicia Douvall needs to hear it again! Dresses that don't fit you properly, especially over the breasts are not sexy, it looks trashy!

This has to be one of our favorite worst dressed lists ever, you are going to be shocked when you see some of these ridiculous outfits. The worst disappointment of the week has to be Whitney Port who we expect so much more from and our favorite is Jordan who manages to keep surprising us almost every week!
