Lily Allen just looks super boring, what happened to Lily's preppy-chic style that we loved? Katie Price, "Jordan" looks super tacky! Ciara is trying to look like a sexy spice girl. Ciara, they were hot in the 90's.. AnnaLynne McCord is yet again on this list. Where is the personal style? Bai Ling is a walking fashion don't! Taryn Manning wore this ensemble to a red carpet event. We don't know what's worse...the short shorts paired with hooker heels or the fact that she couldn't be bothered to take off her coat. If she was so cold she should wear longer pants...just a tip, Taryn! Audrina Patridge, a nude dress with silver fringes? Fringe dresses are just so out of fashion! Why would anyone ever wear this shapeless sack shirt? And those hideous leggings? Poor Sophie Monk! Pixie Lott, cat ears, lace AND grey ski socks?

This Week's Worst Dressed Celebs!

Despite this being a red carpet event, AnnaLynne decided that she didn't have to dress up. Instead she wore a trucker hat (wth?), a studded belt (that's so 2000), a neon green tank top, white washed jeans, and black mesh booties. This is by far the weirdest outfit we've ever seen.

Busy Phillipps lives up to her name in her wildly printed skirt and green checkered shirt. Someone should get that girl a stylist and fast! We love Zooey Deschanel so it pains us to put her on this list. But Zooey is 31 and we wish she would dress in slim, figure flattering dresses. Instead, Zooey dresses like she's going to a princess themed birthday party. The dress is Alice + Olivia by Stacey Bendet. Naya Rivera looks more dressed for a winter event in her dark purple dress, black tights, and matching purple shoes. First of all, it's not a wedding- there's no need to be so matchy-matchy. Secondly, what's with the tights? Everyone else had bare legs at the TCAs! V star, Morena Baccarin, in a very unflattering dress. Here's a tip, don't wear ruffles around your midsection! No matter how slim you are, it will never look good! Rachel Bilson always has hit or miss style. This was a miss. The floral shirt with the bright red pants (they also have a faint pattern), and leopard heels! Too much! Waaaay too much! This Versus dress looks like a scary skeleton. Maybe that's the look Kristen was going for? Lea Michele in Marchesa. It looks like just threw a bunch of tulle in a wad and covered her self in it. DIY gone wrong. It's too bad because she looked so pretty in that white, column Marchesa dress that made our Best Dressed List!
From bad prom dress disasters to skimpy ensembles and overdoing monochrome, a few celebs missed the mark this week. Unfortunately stars like Naya Rivera, Kristen Bell, and AnnaLynne McCord made our worst dressed list. Do you agree with our choices?

We usually love Bryce Dallas Howard, she's gorgeous! But this matron, librarian look does nothing for her! This dress just doesn't work for Jessica Lowndes. It looks like she took a piece of gold cloth, draped it around her, and then added a belt so it'd stay put. Like a glamorous toga party. This dress looks painfully uncomfortable for Cheryl Cole, she looks like a mermaid- but not in a good way! We like the dress, we like the lips, we just aren't crazy about the shoes. It's a summer event and Paris' shoes are better suited for winter. Angelina Jolie is gorgeous but this dress is too prom-y and not very season appropriate. We listed Rachel McAdams in our Best Dressed list but she also gets a spot on the Worst Dressed for this beige bustier and pants combo. Not Cannes worthy!
We aren't sure why some of our favorite celebs decided to dress in some of the ugliest clothes ever. Most of them dressed completely inappropriate for the season wearing heavy, rich colors and fabrics- uh hello, it's summer! And others dressed just all out weird. Maybe next week will be better?

9. English society girl Victoria Hervey seems to have decided to beat the record in having the deepest low-cut dress. And how is she even able to walk in this 13 meter long dress?!

8. Jade Jagger, daughter to Rolling Stones-singer Mick Jagger och model Bianca Jagger, should stay with her hippie-chic style we've seen lately. We don't really know what she was aiming on when she put on this horrible blue dress! 7. Actress Rosamund Pikes' weird trousers seem to be taken directly from a circus and that vest didn't really do the outfit any better... 6. If the rumors about an acting career for Alessandra Torresani are to be coming true, she just have to loose that style. Seriously, what's up with those grandmother-panties? 5. Is glamour model Bianca Gascoigne becoming a new Jordan? Judging by that tasteless outfit, we wonder where it's all going to end..?! 4. Tim Burton's wife, actress Helena Bonham Carter, may have an original style but one doesn't have to push too far either..! 3. TV-star and glamour model Jordan, aka Katie Pierce, chose to skip the trousers, alternatively the skirt to her tank top and just decided to wear it as a dress! Vulgar! 2. Please somebody call fashion police because this vest should be illegal! Not only couldn't Mickey Rourke barely move his face after visiting the plastic surgery office, but then he also chose to make an horrible impression with his outfit! 1. THIS WEEKS WORST DRESSED This week's number one is no one less than artist Grayson Perry who chose this odd dress to mingle in. Do we need to say more?
Some celebrities never seem stop surprising us with their complete lack of sense of style. We have been able to spot a couple of total misses where we just can't figure out what they were thinking. Mickey Rourke succeeded to match his operated face with an illegally ugly vest. Jade Jagger who earned a spot in the best dressed celebs last week has now dropped down to this embarrassing list - we hope it's a one and only big mistake! We think you are all going to agree with us when it's comes to this week's absolute worst dressed celebrity..!

Is funnyman Kevin James trying to shed some pounds for his next movie role? The Paul Blart: Mall Cop star was seen sweating it out during a one-on-one basketball game with a pal. They were the only ones playing on the court, probably due to the extreme heat of the midday sun. James had to take several time-outs on the bench, to cool off, soak up the sweat with a towel and clear his nasal passages. He was also seen bending over, trying to catch his breath. The actor definitely gets an A for effort!

We recently received some incredible pictures of Britney Spears, looking like supermodel. But it feels a bit ironic seeing paparazzi-photos right after, you can bearly recognize her! Britney Spears probably bet a new record in airbrushing this time..!
