As we told you earlier Jennifer Lopez was the headlining act at the World Music Awards last night in Monte Carlo where she was also given a lifetime achievement award for her career in music so far. The World Music Awards were held last night in Monte Carlo and it was an even more star-studded event than usual because the Cannes Film Festival is happening right now just around the corner! Paris Hilton and her sister Nicky Hilton looked amazing in nude toned dresses but all eyes were definitely on Jennifer Lopez and her animal print maxi dress with the sexy cut-out pattern. Jennifer was also one of the star performers of the night. Hot!

Jesse Metcalfe's lucky to be alive!

Jesse Metcalfe is recovering in hospital after falling backwards off a balcony. The Desperate Housewives hunk was at an after show party for the World Music Awards in Monaco when he fell 40 feet to the ground, leaving him unconscious. Amazingly he didn't break any bones and returned to the United Kingdom yesterday to continue treatment there. "Jesse's lucky to be alive," a rep for the actor tells Now Online.

Alicia Keys arrived to Nice airport in France to go home. She was in Europe to attend and perform at the World Music Awards in Monaco. The singer was casual dressed in black tight clothes and brown cowboy boots. Fashion has never been Alicia's thing but she has an amazing voice and a sweet smile so we like her anyway!

The World Music Awards however will be attended by both Beyonce and Solange Knowles as well as Alicia Keys and the Knowles sisters were spotted arriving at Nice airport just yesterday. What we wouldn't give for a chance to wear a tanktop and leggings instead of a winter jacket right now!
