Fans all know that the The City star Whitney Port is a bit of a risk-taker when it comes to fashion, its one of the things we like about her most, she is not afraid to experiment! Yesterday we spotted Whitney back in LA and getting her nails done at a salon with a gal pal. She was wearing a trendy pair of tattoo-style leggings. Screw the so called fashion that wasn't styled at
all. The leggings would have passed in my opinion
if she had styled her outfit differently.
