Whitney Port Gets Ready for Halloween!

The City star Whitney Port and her best friend looked very glamorous as they left Trust salon in Hollywood last night with Hollywood-curls and smoky eyes! The make-up was a tad more dramatic than we're used to seeing Whitney wear so we wonder if the girls were perhaps on their way to a Halloween party?! I guess we'll see!
