Few have managed to inspire so many girls' fashion as The City's Whitney Port has done lately. Every other girl you see is walking around with bejeweled headbands, twisted braids and cute hats nowadays! Not that we blame them, Whitney is always impeccably styled whether she's at a party or just out shopping! We'd love to know what's in those shopping bags!

the city has inspired me into fashion/so did the
hills. when i am older, i want to be a fashion
designer/ since i was very young and i am still 13
years. I pratice new designs eveyday and these
programes show me what it is like and how amazing
it is.. fro

I think she has the most beautiful style. Perfect
patterns, proportions, and use of accesories.
