We spotted "The City" star Whitney Port out shopping on Sunset Plaza in Los Angeles yesterday, and she seriously got us doubting the validity of her fashionista title! We barely even recognized her! We don't know if it's because she's a little down right now due to her show being canceled and there not being much else for her to do career wise, but honestly, there is no valid excuse for ever dressing this bad in public!

She was wearing gray sweatpants, a loose white sweater with dancing skeletons on it, awful turquoise dot earrings, sunglasses with strings of pearls hanging from them and to round it all off, an atrocious multi-colored Balenciaga bag. Obviously she wasn't wearing any make up either and her hair was a greasy mess tucked away in a head knot. Who is this woman, and what has she done to Whitney Port?!
