Whitney Port, star of MTVs The City and former star of The Hills, hit Miami's South Beach with
a new friend this weekend. The two girls made a big show of having fun in the sun and gossiping on their deck chairs for the cameras, as the whole thing was being filmed for The City. What do you think of Whitney's frilly, vintage-inpired yellow and black bikini? We liked her beach look the most when she added a pair of boy shorts, even though they clashed with the bikini!
