Victorias Secret is a widely known retailer of women's wear, lingerie and beauty products. It was started by Roy Raymond who was awkwardly embarrassed when trying to buy lingerie for his wife in a public department store. He therefore opened his first store at Stanford Shopping Center and was quick to follow it with a mail order catalog and three other stores with the idea of making it more comfortable for men to shop underwear for their girlfriends. Roy Raymond sold The Limited. However, they kept the same image and the new company, Victoria's Secret became in the early 1990's the world's largest American lingerie retailer topping one billion dollars(!). The brand is also well known for its sumptuous fashion shows featuring top fashion models and do even have its own "Secret Angels" as most visible models and spokeswomen. The Angels are amongst others Heidi Klum, Adriana Lima, Karolina Kurkova, Alessandra Ambrosio, Selita Ebanks and Izabel Goulart.

We haven't seen Victorias Secret Angel Doutzen Kroes on any of the brand's photoshoots or event in a while and now we realise why! She is pregnant! Doutzen arrived at the opening of a Repeat Cashmere store yesterday in Germany with a baby bump! We hear she quietly announced to Victorias Secret that she was 3 months pregnant back in July and is hoping it will not affect her commitments to the brand too much, just like Heidi Klum and Adriana Lima before her, Doutzen is confident her body will bounce back to bikin-ready in no time! She looks gorgeous pregnant too! Just look at her!

After 13 years as the queen angel of Victorias Secret, Heid Klum announced yesterday that "all good things must come to an end". She won't be walking in the November Victorias Secret show! This is really the end of an era, we can't imagine Victorias Secret without Heidi, she has been the face of the brand for so long! Who will ever be able to take her place? Yesterday lingerie brand Victoria's Secret launched their latest perfume with the very appropriate name "Bombshell"! There to help spread the word were not surprisingly four of VS own bombshells, Adriana Lima, Lily Aldridge, Erin Heatherton and Candice Swanepoel! Why Adriana was in pink and the rest in black? No idea, but we're guessing it's because she's a veteran angel!
