Where there's sun, parties and beautiful people there is almost certainly a Victoria Silvstedt! The blond bombshell arrived at Hotel du Cap- Eden Roc in Cap d'Antibes yesterday wearing an unusually demure white dress with a pretty bow at the waist. Victoria looked fresh-faced and rather tanned even though it was her first day of vacation in the South of France, a little tan in a can perhaps? Victoria usually flies down for the Cannes film festival and if we know her right she'll probably turn up at every celebrity party this week! If we're lucky, she may even offer us a scandal or two!
