Last night was television's version of the Oscar awards, the Emmy Awards! Some of the most gorgeous and talented people on television were all there and looking fabulous! Some of our favourites of course were reality TV stars Kim Kardashian and her sister Kourtney Kardashian as well as Project Runway host and producer, the very pregnant Heidi Klum and her singer husband Seal. But we think the Gossip Girl girls Leighton Meester and Blake Lively stole the show with their outfits again, especially Blake in her sexy red dress and long ponytail plait! Wow! Weddings are often some of the most exciting parts in a movie or tv series. Most recently there was the big surprise of Katherine Heigl wearing Ellen Pompeo's dress in Grey's Anatomy and who can forget dresses like Kelly Rutherford's elegant one for Gossip Girl and Eva Longoria and Teri Hatcher's lovely dresses for their Desperate Housewives' weddings. We know you are just as excited as we are to see Heidi Montag's wedding at the end of the The Hills season too! Of course the wedding dress to top all dresses was the dramatic Vivienne Westwood gown in the Sex and the City movie....here are some of our favourites.

Did you know that Vanessa Williams was a beauty queen before she conquered the world of acting in shows like Ugly Betty? Well she was, and her beauty pageant talent wasn't acting, it was singing! Vanessa has decided to go back to her roots and she has just finished recording a new album called The Real Thing and she was at Borders in LA promoting it yesterday!
