HSM star Vanessa Hudgens was spotted leaving beauty salon Treats For the Face in Sherman Oaks yesterday afternoon with her hand covering her face. Vanessa had most likely just gotten a facial treatment and since those treatments leave your face quite red she probably wanted to avoid being photographed! Vanessa is currently filming HSM3.
