The Vampire Diaries is an American TV-show based on the book series of the same name by L. J. Smith. The Vampire Diaries follows the life of Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev), who falls in love with vampire brothers Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder). The series takes place in the fictional town of Mystic Falls, Virginia.

Sir Elton John held one of his famous fundraising events for his AIDS Foundation this week! This time it was at London's fancy Grosvenor House Hotel and the event was sponsored by Grey Goose, so the cocktails were definitely flowing! Stars like Swedish model Victoria Silvstedt, Liz Hurley and Kelly Rowland were all there to enjoy themselves and show they care, but the real surprise of the night was Lily Allen! Lily and Elton John have had a bit of a strange relationship ever since she got drunk and silly while the two of them presented an award together on live television, but it looks like all of that his history now and the two are friends again. The best of the music world came out to celebrate last night at the American Music Awards! The red carpet was filled with all kinds music celebs from American Idol stars like Kelly Clarkson and Adam Lambert, to hip hop stars like Snoop Dogg, as well as of course mega pop stars like Rihanna and Shakira and everyone in between! All eyes were on Country music hunk Keith Urban and his Hollywood superstar wife Nicole Kidman! They really pulled a Brangelina on the red carpet, as they never stopped touching and only had eyes for each other!
