Nina Dobrev, the rising young star from Vampire Diaries was born in 1989 but has already built up a mature and not so daring style. But still a cute one! She wears preferably not more than two colors at the same time and loves these dull colors, a perfect fit so to her skin tone. Simple dresses is her favorite! Rarely we see her in very in revealing clothes. However, she is a fan of adding some cute little accessories to style it up with just to make her outfits more fun!

If you want Ninas style, go for cute earrings, plain dresses and mix it up with a pretty necklace or bracelet. Top it all with a pair of shoes that is going in the same tone as the dress!

This Week's Best Dressed Celebrities!

8. Many of you thought Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev was the best dressed at the Teen Choice this week and we have to agree, she was gorgeous. From head to toe this whole look worked perfectly for her.

7. Kelly Osbourne showed that the 80's trend is going nowhere this season in her leopard print sheath and leather vest with the retro updo, she was one of the hottest at the Nylon party!

6. Gabrielle Union was fresh and summery in her tiered floral dress and white jacket. You know we love a good clean, flawless outfit and this is a great example!

5. Christina Ricci hits a rare fashion highlight this week, so an extra special moment for her! The pencil skirt and the bright printed top are a clever contrast and the Chanel clutch gives her some added class. Well done!

4. Shenae Grimes in leather pants and a little top and jacket, we are impressed! She doesn't often do sexy and we have to say it works for her!

1. We love everything Olivia Palermo puts together for herself and this skirt and top combo is no exception. Sometimes its way more fun to make your own ensembles than simply throwing on a pretty dress and Olivia is an expert at mixing and matching as well as accessorizing!

We spotted hot couple Vampire Diaries star Paul Wesley and One Tree Hill cutie Torrey DeVitto out having lunch together and walking their dog yesterday. They started acting a bit strangely when they spotted the cameras on them though! There is a rumour that these two are secretly married(read more here) and we are starting to think it might be true, because both of them hid their wedding ring fingers while being photographed, first Torrey put her hand in her handbag and it came out ringless and Paul did the same by putting his hand in his jeans pockets. Why so secretive people?
