History: The Valentino Fashion Group S.p.A was founded by the italian designer Valentino Garavani when he opened a sumptuous fashion house on Via Condotti in Rome with his father by his side. It was when the entrepreneurial skill of long-time boyfriend Giancarlo Giammetti came to Valentino's rescue that the company started to blossom after being in a financial crisis. The international debut and breakthrough took place in 1962 in Florence where their first show at the Pitti Palace was considered as a true revelation as the young couturier Valentino was submerged by foreign jet set customers. The company has rosen successfully ever since.

The movie everyone is talking about, fashion designer Tom Ford's A Single Man premiered last night in London. Of course a lot of the London fashion crowd were there to support their friend! The movie was written and produced by Tom and stars Brit star Colin Firth and Hollywood actress Julianne Moore. Take a look who was there and what they were wearing!

As you all know by now, its Fashion Week in Paris this week and once again the world's most famous designers have pulled out all the stops to impress with their Spring-Summer 2010 Haute Couture Collections. Here are some of the highlights from the Armani, Givenchy, Jean Paul Gaultier and Valentino shows that we loved. We bet we will being some of our favourite fashionistas in some of these pieces very soon!

This Week's Worst Dressed Celebrities!

8. Julianne Moore is at a tough fashion phase in her career right now. She is not a young Hollywood starlet anymore, but she is still gorgeous, so its tough to be age appropriate and fashion forward - we get that. This strange orange contraption, doesn't show off her beauty at all, it ages her and makes her look tired and saggy!

7. Oh no Taylor Momsen, not again! When your skirt is so short your can't take two steps in it without flashing everyone, you know you have committed a fashion crime! We really hope Taylor will soon learn the difference between edgy fashion and slutty style choices!

6. Actress Keri Russell is taking a risk here by wearing famously edgy designer Alexander McQueen. This trapeze dress drowns her and those sandals cut off her legs at a very unflattering place. Not her best look!

5. This white and silver dress Rihanna chose to wear this weekend in Cannes for the NRJ Music Awards actually looks like two totally seperate dresses - fighting with each other for attention on her body! We are not feeling this look at all!

4. French singer Sheryfa Luna in yet another harem pyjama look! We have already warned her once about this kind of look and how unflattering it is for the red carpet, there is no excuse for committing the kind of fashion crime twice!

3. Oh no Ashley Olsen we expect more from you than this! We know fashionistas love to experiment with fashion, but the "Bride of Frankenstein" look should only ever be brought out at Halloween!

2. We are not really sure what kind of statement Camilla Belle was trying to make with this swinging retro Valentino mini-dress... we just can't find anything good to say about it, this whole look is unflattering, from the hair to the big bow at her waiste!

1. Kanye West's model girlfriend Amber Rose has done it again! She has shocked us with her ability to choose outfits that make her look slutty and unsophisticated over and over again! What is this girl thinking?

We are back after a little bit of a Fashion Police break and while we were gone there have been some huge crimes of fashion, especially with fashionistas trying to get noticed on the red carpet and at fashion week. When are they going to learn that being noticed for bad taste in clothes is not the best idea?! Just look at what Ashley Olsen, Camilla Belle and Rihanna decided to step out in this week! 7. Victoria Beckham's style status is well deserved, this elegant black gown with the metal shoulder details shows exactly why! We also love the dramatic updo!

6. Selena Gomez is as cute as a button in this hot pink Notte by Marchesa dress, and seriously stylish too! Really a style star to watch!

9. Gorgeous model Meloes Horst is not just hot in her Pirelli calendar pictures! She is stylish in real life too! We love this lace on lace combination she wore to the Pirelli Calendar launch party this week!

8. Rock princess Kimberly Stewart often gets it right when dressing for all the parties she gets to attend as a socialite, and this pretty blue cocktail dress she wore to a party this week is no different! Love it!

7. Former supermodel Helena Christensen is beautiful at every age and fashionable too! No wonder she is winning Marie Claire style awards! She looked classic and cool in this LBD!

6. Its great to see Twilight darling Kristen Stewart in something other than a mini-dress! We love the detail on this Oscar de la Renta gown, she really looks like a princess! Wow congrats Kristen you got it right!

5. British model Lily Donaldson wore this midnight blue cutaway dress with elegance and class, we absolutely adore this look on her! She accessorised it really well too, we love all that silver!

2. Blake Lively showed she is every bit as fashionable as her Gossip Girl character Serena in this cute litte short suit outfit! The sexy white jacket with the bow detail is a modern classic and the black shorts give it a bit of an edge,a great choice!

1. This Valentino dress that Dakota Fanning wore so well at the New Moon premiere is not made of lace as you would think it was, its actually an intricate and state of the art design made from lazer cut leather. Leather lace! How hot is that! Well deserved number 1 spot we say!

With all this week's hot movie premieres and awards shows, we had a lot of outfits to choose from with this week's best dressed list! We are happy to announce that Twilight star Kristen Stewart got it really right on the red carpet this week with her Oscar De la Renta gown and so did some of her co-stars! As usual Gossip Girl star Blake Lively is a total fashion inspiration, but this week's number one is a happy surprise and we think its so cool that such young stars are showing such stylish promise!
