It's a girl for Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott! The couple welcomed little Stella Doreen McDermott yesterday afternoon in Los Angeles. "She's here! She?s a healthy baby girl. Tori and baby are resting comfortably" said Tori's rep to OK!. Stella is Tori and Dean's second child; the couple already has a son, Liam, and Dean also a nine-year-old son from a previous marriage. Congratulations!
