We're not exactly sure that you're allowed to do that but Tommy Lee isn't really known for following the rules anyway! The rocker went shopping at Calabasas Commons Shopping Center in LA yesterday and all of a sudden he bent over and picked up a turtle from the pond! We sure hope he put it back after he was done saying hi to it!

What's this? Swedish bombshell Victoria Silvstedt and rocker Tommy Lee partied together at VIP Room in Paris this weekend and we all know what type of girls Tommy likes (think Pamela Anderson)!
