No.44 Actress Kate Winslet's has had the year of her life this year so far! She has finally won all the Oscars, Golden Globes etc that she deserves! No.47 Everyone that has worked with actress and model Penélope Cruz says that she is a joy to be around! No.49 Singer John Legend's huge talent and hard work got him voted in this year! No.55 Actor Zac Efron is seriously hot property right now. Teenage girls everywhere go completely nuts whenever he is around. It doesn't hurt that he is talented AND good looking either! No.57 People say Tom Hanks is one of the most down to earth and funny people in Hollywood. No.58 TV Talk-show host Jay Leno was also lucky enough make it on to the list this year. Rumour is he is finally retiring this year too! No74 Golf pro Tiger Woods is an icon for many reasons. He is also a hero for many people out there! No.75 Actor George Clooney was voted onto the list for his humanitarian work in Africa this year and not his role as a performer. No.78 Talk-show host Oprah Winfrey is the only person to be on this list every year since it first came out, wow!

Making the top of the list were politicians Edward Kennedy, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and G8 Finance Minister Christine Lagarde. Meryl Streep chose a red dress for the premiere of her new movie Mamma Mia in London last night. The movie is based on the play by Swedish duo Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson (one half of Abba) and stars Swedish actor Stellan Skarsgård as well as Pierce Brosnan and Colin Firth. Young actress Amanda Seyfried also has a leading role in the movie and some of you may recognise her from the movie Mean Girls with Lindsay Lohan!
