Tobey Maguire and wife Jennifer Meyer took their daughter Ruby Sweetheart to Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch in West Hollywood. The happy trio all held hands as they walked about the patch until little Ruby got a bit upset and tossed her pumpkin on the ground.

Tobey Maguire was driven to a meeting in Santa Monica in a hydrogen powered BMW. The actor seemed relaxed as he chewed on a tooth pick and read variety while a female driver manned the wheel. However, the tooth picks obviously didn't do the trick as he opted for a pen to dislodge whatever was in his teeth as he walked into the building.

The movie Tropic Thunder was held at The Manns Village theatre in Westwood. The big stars of the movie; Ben Stiller and Jack Black were there with their wives. Other stars that didn't want to miss the movie were Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, Ben Stiller, Tobey Maguire, Matthew McConaughey, Alicia Silverstone, Nigel Barker and Jodie Foster. Christine Taylor Stiller had the night's most beautiful dress and the ugliest dress was on Jack Black's wife Tanya Haden.

Tobey Maguire and his wife Jennifer Meyer hade dinner at the exclusive Madeo in Los Angeles. Upon leaving the restaurant, Mr. Spiderman transforms into something looking a bit more like The Fly as he looses his temper! What happened? His wife doesn't seem to be bothered about whatever is going on and left the restaurant with a smile. Apparently the school-age years took a toll on Tobey emotionally and he ended up dropping out of his freshman year of high school and never returned. Maybe he should seek help for his rage?
