Last night Tila Tequila and NFL star Shawne Merriman had some huge drama after going clubbing together and then ending up at Shawne's house. Tila had Shawne arrested after she claims he choked her and physically restrained her from leaving his house! Shawne swears that all he was trying to do was keep a very drunk Tila from going home in her state! He didn't think it was safe to leave and she fought him and all he was doing was holding her!
