Taylor Momsen arrived on the set of Gossip Girl yesterday wearing an extremely short dress and fishnet stockings, the 16 year old came very close to revealing way too much to the cameras as she walked onto her trailer, the dress was so tiny! Taylor has said she enjoys making shocking statements with fashion, but really, is that the right kind of shocking statement? Be careful Taylor there is a fine line between edgy fashion and slutty style!

I mean if she was not an actress and
was just like us in the real world what would
people say straight away...........SLUT. The only
reason why they don't is because shes hot, famous,
