Its amazing what a decent pair of tights can do! Last week Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen made our worst dressed list in almost exactly this same outfit, except her stockings were totally see-through and she hadn't buttoned her shirt properly and her hair was a mess. Yesterday she had on a better pair of stockings, some boots, styled hair and a smile and she looked a million times better! We are so glad Taylor takes notes!
