When everyone else in Hollywood has their own fragrance why shouldn't Taylor Momsen! Gossip Girl's own bad girl promoted her new perfume Love Rocks at a department store in New York yesterday and as you can see Taylor's styling and make-up was a perfect blend of sweetness and rock, just like the perfume!
