The always trendy Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen is slowly but surely building a name for herself among New York's fashion elite and this Thursday night she showed off a supersexy outfit at the Giuseppi Zanotti store in New York for Fashion's Night Out! Taylor wore an oversized white shirt over black hotpants, stay-ups and garters and matched it with black eye shadow and a suggestive lollipop! Grrr!

is it normal nowadays to leave your house without
