Last night at 2am we spotted tattoo-loving Rihanna leaving one of her favourite tattoo parlours in New York, East Side Ink. We hear that her friend and tattoo artist Keith "Bang Bang" McCurdy, gave her some brand new ink and this time its a personal motto, some words that Rihanna lives by. She asked for the words "Never a failure, always a lesson", to be inked near her left collar bone, but get this, Rihanna wanted it written backwards so she can read the words in the mirror! Rihanna also said she didn't want this tattoo to cause too much attention so she had it done in grey instead of her usual choice of black. We can't wait to see it all healed up! Fans might have recognised those foot tattoos immediately, but for those of you who don't its Hilary Duff! Hilary is back home in Los Angeles after her stint guest-starring on Gossip Girl in NYC. She made the best of a rainy day yesterday and treated herself to a manicure and pedicure at Venus Nails. Hilary really got into the holiday spirit with her dark red nails, we think the look great, as does she! Oh and in case you can't see the tattoos clearly, there is an anchor on her left ankle and the words "let it be" on her right foot.

We're not really used to seeing Lady Gaga this made under but we have to say that we like it! Rihanna launched her hot new album "Rated R" yesterday, but that's not all that's new with Ri-Ri! She has gone and gotten brand new ink to celebrate the latest album too! She got a "R" tattoed onto her shoulder blade in the same font as the R on the cd cover! Rihanna looked pretty happy and excited about the latest ink too! Rocker Travis Barker was having so much fun at Bardot in Hollywood last night, he took his shirt off! Even as he left the club in the early hours of the morning, Travis partied al the way to car, still no shirt! We got a really good look at all his amazing tattoos though, so no complaints here!
