Did you know you need a license to use a tattoo needle? Well if singer Rihanna knows, she didn't seem to care yesterday when she tattooed 3 of East Side Ink's artists with a little umbrella and an R. Unfortunately she was spotted doing it and now the NYC police want to fine her! If they decide to open a case against her she could be facing fines for more than $1 500 dollars. We know the police just want to make an example out of Rihanna, we think its kinda cool that she can do ink, we are sure she didn't mean to break a law! (Source: TMZ)

Lindsay Lohan was driving all over the Los Angeles Valley last night looking for her ex Samantha Ronson. Lindsay and her assistant were driving up and down Samantha's street for 2 hrs hiding in side streets, and driving with their head lights off. When Samantha arrived home, she asked the 3 paparazzi waiting at her house NOT to tell Lindsay that she was home. 2 minutes later Lindsay turned up and made her way to the front door where she was knocking for about 15 minutes, Yelling out and Crying to Samantha. The neighbors were getting upset and then Sam opened the door and let her in. What stalker Lilo has become!

He spent the afternoon shopping in Malibu yesterday at the Colony Company which sells luxurious home decor fabrics and linens. The rocker went shopping at Calabasas Commons Shopping Center in LA yesterday and all of a sudden he bent over and picked up a turtle from the pond! We sure hope he put it back after he was done saying hi to it!
