It's crazy what the right bag can do for an outfit! We spotted The Hills Stephanie Pratt having lunch at La Scala in Beverly Hills yesterday wearing cut-off jean shorts and a tank top and with a brand new white Balenciaga bag on her shoulder. It's so easy to lift a whole outfit with accessories!
