The Hills star Stephanie Pratt is still under probation for her DUI earlier this year, but that hasn't stopped her from being a party girl! Stephanie was in San Diego at the Stingaree night club this weekend and she was had definitely enjoyed a few drinks by the time she was interviewed by the press inside, so we bet she wasn't going to be drivinig anywhere..or at least we hope she wasn't! Looked like fun!
