We're not really sure what to make of these pictures, has Spencer Pratt gone all hippie on us or is he just throwing a fit? Yesterday the guy everyone loves to hate filmed new scenes for MTV's The Hills and as you can see he's traded his cowboy hat for a tie-dyed t-shirt and a bunch of necklaces. Can't you just choose one style and stick to it Spencer?!
