Not even a rain storm will prevent The Hills couple Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt from having a photo-op! The two worked out with their personal trainer on the beach in LA dring a downpour. Spencer held an umbrella over Heidi so her hair wouldn't get ruined...aaaahh sweet!
