Heidi Montag showed off a bullseye of an outfit this weekend while out shopping with her boyfriend Spencer Pratt (who else?!). In white shorts (that have been seen on Kate Bosworth as well), studded wedges and a fantastic snakeskin bag on her arm Heidi looked better than ever! Yes, they're a little embarassing, but damn that girl can dress!

They are so annoying and fake! All they ever do is
