The Hills couple Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt don't do much else than party and shop and were spotted doing the latter at Elyse Walker in Los Angeles this weeken! Heidi looked great in a floral top, sky high pink heels and matching pink bag and waved to the photographers (of course)!
