Heidi Montag celebrates her birthday with a picnic at the Will Rogers State Park with her boyfriend Spencer Pratt. The Hills star turns 22 years old the 15 September. For her birthday Spencer bought her boots that she seemed to love, and later on the afternoon he took her shopping for jewelry on Jason of Beverly Hills where they had a private session.
