This look was really crazy but we loved it! Electric blue pants, gold blazer, studded heels- yes please! Cute white jacket, fishnets, and flowing locks! Blake Lively and Leighton Meester are Gossip Girl BFFs. Love the tie day vest! WOAH! What a hot dress and killer shoes! Having Penn Badgley in the background is pretty nice too. We love Serena's bohemian look and messy ponytail! Doesn't Serena look fabulous in this kelly green dress and that totally glam hat? Love the bag and those boots! This is such a chic street style look! Serena looks so carefree in her pink pants and oxford heels. It's a crazy look but she pulls it together! Ok, can we all agree that this dress is amazing? Good!
