Either Shanna Moakler was really looking forward to 2010 or she had a few too many glasses of champagne on New Year's Eve! Travis Barker's ex-wife showed off her (very) happy side on the streets of Los Angeles and happily danced in front of the paparazzi! A little strange maybe but at least she looked good doing it in her glittery dress!
