We are starting to think Lindsay Lohan is addicted to rehab and being in trouble! As we told you yesterday, Lindsay caused a huge fuss when she came home late to her sober house and attacked a alcohol test technician at the Betty Ford rehab centre because she didn't want to do the breathalizer test!
Now Lindsay is in major trouble! Refusing to do a breathalizer test is the same as failing one in the eyes of the law. Lindsay will have to face Judge Fox in the New Year and the judge may give her 6 months in jail for refusing to do the test! We hope she does, Lindsay has obviously not learnt anything from rehab! Wow, this must be a first for her! Lindsay Lohan has 100 days sober, that is more than 3 months drugl free! We never thought it was possible for this girl. Now let's hope she can keep it up. Her parents have both said that they believe she is serious about her recovery this time around and is ready to take her life and career seriously.
