As you know, Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker and her husband Matthew Broderick had twins a few months ago using a surrogate mom. This weekend on the set of the new Sex and the City movie, the adorable little girls made their first public appearance when they came to visit their mommy on set! A nanny arrived carrying the precious baby carriage with twins Marion Loretta Elwell and Tabitha Hodge, big names just their mom! Sarah Jessica looked proud and happy as the twins were shown around to all the cast and crew, sleeping peacefully through the whole thing! Sweet!
