Kiefer Sutherland filed for divorce from his wife of eight years Elizabeth Kelly Winn in 2004 and this Friday, four years after the papers were filed, the divorce was made official. The couple was married for eight years before they split in 2004, citing irreconcilable differences, and did not have any children. Sutherland was arrested last January after a DUI and sentenced to 30 days, as well as 18 days for violating probation stemming from a 2004 DUI (the same year he and Elizabeth split). Tony Romo may have joined Jessica Simpson at her pregnant sister Ashlee Simpson's wedding but when Jessica and her parents hopped a private jet down to Mexico the day after the wedding, Tony was nowhere to be seen. The same day as the wedding Jessica and Tony had lunch together at a sushi restaurant sparking rumors that the two weren't actually broken up at all. So are they over or not?! A source tells Us Magazine that "He's broken up with her before, but I don't know if they'll get back together this time". Jessica hasn't had much relationship luck in Mexico where she spent a teary vacation with John Mayer before he called it quits but lets hope that Tony makes an appearance because we hate to see Jessica so sad!

Despite a flurry of engagement rumors, actress Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson have reportedly split just a few months after getting back together again. The couple dated in 2006, broke up and got back together while filming the movie You, Me and Dupree in Miami two months ago. Engagement rumors started circulating after Kate was seen wearing a Tiffany's ring which turned out to be a prop for her new movie Bride Wars. The break-up was pretty bad according to one of Owen's friends, "Owen said it was a tough one. He definitely doesn't want to dwell on it. He wants to put it behind him." Source: People.com.

In the new issue of US Weekly the magazine reveals that singer Jessica Simpson went on a drinking binge the same week John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston went public with their relationhip. Apparently Jessica was so out of it at LA's Mexicali Cocina Cantina that she had to leave her Range Rover in the parking lot and call her mom for a ride home. The same night, Tony Romo was seen partying it up in Chicago telling everyone who wanted to listen that he was no single. We wouldn't want to be Jessica right now!

While her sister Ashlee Simpson couldn't be happier with a wedding coming up and a baby on the way (we think), Jessica Simpson is having a little more trouble with her love life. Tony Romo was seen partying it up bachelor style in Chicago this weekend, drinking large amounts of alcohol and spending all night surrounded by girls, none of were Jessica, and now we know why! One of Tony's friends who was there revealed that Jessica and Tony are broken up, "They're broken up. He told us they broke up and that was that. We're guys so we didn't talk about it much."
