Robert Pattinson is ready to take his acting to another level by shredding his pale sparkly vampire skin and sharpening up his vocal cords to portray the late musician Jeff Buckley! Robert has approached the producers of the biopic, but he isn't the only one pinning for the role. Fellow hunks James Franco and James Marsden are reportedly also highly interested!

A producer confirms, "I've met actors who are keen on the part and Robert was one. The actor must be able to play music and sing, or at least make it believable he can do that."

Robert has an advantage though, not only has he got the love and support of 95% of today's teen girls, Jeff Buckley's mom, Mary Guibert is vouching for him! She said that Robert is a fine young actor and that she's flattered that he's been linked to the project.

Would you guys like to see Robert make love to the microphone instead of Kristen Stewart on the big screen next time? We know we would!

Robert Pattinson is just another teenage girl's
pretty boy. Jeff Buckley is a musical legend. I
would rather anyone play him then RPATZ! First of
all, why are they even making a Jeff Buckley
story? No-one will ever be a good enough musician
to play him. R

Let Robert Pattinson release his own crappy album,
not torch Jeff Buckley's masterpieces. Plus also,
Robert Pattinson Can't SING!
