Who is the fashion diva?

Wow we know these girls are friends, but are they so close they have exactly the same fashion taste? On Monday night, on opposite sides of the world, both singers Katy Perry and Rihanna wore the same dress out partying! Katy wore hers to Mr Chow's new restaurant in LA and Rihanna went out partying after a performance in London. Both of them did a great job accessorising their looks in their own unique styles, but who do you think wore it better?
