Rihanna Breaks The Law!

Did you know you need a license to use a tattoo needle? Well if singer Rihanna knows, she didn't seem to care yesterday when she tattooed 3 of East Side Ink's artists with a little umbrella and an R. Unfortunately she was spotted doing it and now the NYC police want to fine her! If they decide to open a case against her she could be facing fines for more than $1 500 dollars. We know the police just want to make an example out of Rihanna, we think its kinda cool that she can do ink, we are sure she didn't mean to break a law! (Source: TMZ)
