Rihanna is a young R&B-artist who was discovered in 2003 by producer Evan Rogers when he was vacationing on Barbados (where Rihanna is from). Evan introduced Rihanna to Hip Hop mogul Jay-Z and the rest is history. She had an incredible hit with the song Umbrella in 2007.

It seems like Rihanna hade some difficulties seeing through her black sunglasses last night when she left Whisky Mist in London but if you're a celebrity, sunglasses aren't optional! They're a smart way to hide from the paparazzi and considering the enormous amount of attention Rihanna has enjoyed (or not...) since the Chris Brown incident we understand that she'd rather walk blindly than let the paps see her eyes!

Lucky Rihanna is in the city of love and fashion, yes beautiful Paris! We spotted her arriving at a TV studio to make an appearance to promote her latest album "Rate R" on a local French TV show and of course her outfit did not disappoint! She was all decked out in typical Rihanna style with a interesting pair of black and white print pants, a beaded top and a huge jacket with fur detail. Gotta love her!

Last night at 2am we spotted tattoo-loving Rihanna leaving one of her favourite tattoo parlours in New York, East Side Ink. We hear that her friend and tattoo artist Keith "Bang Bang" McCurdy, gave her some brand new ink and this time its a personal motto, some words that Rihanna lives by. She asked for the words "Never a failure, always a lesson", to be inked near her left collar bone, but get this, Rihanna wanted it written backwards so she can read the words in the mirror! Rihanna also said she didn't want this tattoo to cause too much attention so she had it done in grey instead of her usual choice of black. We can't wait to see it all healed up!
