Being the kind soul that she is, Reese Witherspoon has decided not to press charges against the 84-year-old female driver who hit her with her car earlier this week. Reese only suffered minor injuries, and was seen out and about with her husband Jim Toth just days after the accident so we take it that she's pretty at ease with the whole thing.

We have to give her thumbs up for not pressing charges. We mean, the poor old woman was probably even more frightened than Reese over this whole ordeal! Specially when the press got so involved.
