Stylist Rachel Zoe showed off a shockingly skinny frame while on vacation in St Barths with her husband so we were happy to see these photos from yesterday. Rachel left Hugos Café in Los Angeles with a doggy bag in her hand and at least that's a good start. We just hope she ate the leftovers and didn't throw them away!
