We spotted Rachel Bilson shopping for baby stuff at Ventura Boulevard in Los Angeles the other day. Don't worry though, she has not gotten knocked up with some random guy... The gift (a ridable lady bug) was most likely for a friend's baby shower! Cute gift though, right?
