OC star Rachel Bilson was spotted in Los Angeles yesterday with her kid sister Hattie! The adorable couple ran around doing errands and looked like they were enjoying spending time together. Rachel was cute as usual in jeans, a white tee, black vest and cute flats and Hattie wore purple from head to toe, perhaps her favorite color?!
