Rachel Bilson looked cute as usual when she ran errands in Los Angeles yesterday wearing a blue dress with red stitching. The OC star went to the dry cleaners and to Whole Foods to shop for groceries. Rachel and boyfriend Hayden Christensen haven't been sen together for a while now but we hope they're still as in love!
