Rachel Bilson has to pay up!

Rachel Bilson is going to have to pay a fine now, after forgetting to mind her parking meter in Hollywood yesterday! The New York, I Love You star was visiting a friend yesterday and having way too much fun to remember when her meter was supposed to run and unfortunately for her, there are some rules, even stars have to obey! Lucky for Rachel, she can probably afford the fine!
