Yesterday she returned to the Van Nuys traffic school for yet another driving lesson and it seems as though the young mommy has really grown tired of it now! Nicole looked pretty annoyed and she would probably have preferred to be at home with Joel and baby Harlow!

A paparazzi in Malibu who was trying to take pictures of actor Matthew McConaughey on the beach the other day has told police that he was attacked by a group of surfers. According to the paparazzo a group of surfers came up to him and told him to leave the beach. When he refused, one of the surfers took his camera, threw it in the ocean and then struck the photographer. Malibu residents have long had problems with paparazzi photographers and especially during the summer. According to reports, McConaughey was not involved in the fight.

Oops, it seems as though the fake drama has finally turned real between The Hills stars Audrina Patridge and Lauren Conrad! Lauren apparently returned home to her LA home last week to find a magazine doing a photo shoot with Audrina in their backyard. According to reports Lauren threw a hissy fit, screaming and stomping because she'd already promised exclusive pictures of the backyard to another magazine. Never mind that Audrina pays just as much as the other girls for the house, she had also gotten the OK from LC's rep who apparently forgot to tell his client. Sources called the situation "uncomfortable" and Audrina hurried through the shoot and then left. Oh well, we guess LC can add yet another friend to her black list now. Source: TMZ.com.

Oops! It seems as though Mariah's high-heeled shoes finally caused problems for the singer! Like we said before, it didn't look entirely easy to walk around on the slippery cliffs on Oahu in high heels while Mariah was shooting her new video and it seems like the singer finally took a fall! In these pictures Nick Cannon supports his wife while Mariah clutches her lower back. Nick tried to rub the singer's back in an attempt to alleviate her obvious pain, but his loving tough didn't appear to have much effect! We hope it isn't a serious injury!

Amy Winehouse father has confirmed that his daughter had an affair while her husband Blake Fielder-Civil has been in jail. It was rumored that Amy fell for her manager?s assistant Alex Haines but the Back to Black singer denied this. Mitch Winehouse has however confirmed that the rumor was in fact true and that that was the reason Haines was fired. Mitch tells the magazine The People that he was very upset when he found out, "I really lost it and shouter at her that she had to sort herself out. She seemed stunned I was so upset. I think it was the first time it hit home how her behavior has affected the family". Wonder what Blake has to say about all this?!
