Denise Richards and her lawyer Neal Hersh applied for emergency custody of Denise's and her ex-husband Charlie Sheen's daughters Sam and Lola. According to reports there's a serious issue in Charlie's home that could have a serious impact on the girls. The issue is psychological and Denise wants a professional evaluation before she lets the girls stay at Sheen's house.

Actor Rhys Ifans is ready to move on after his split with Sienna Miller last month. Ifan's friends have been worried since the couple parted ways as Rhys has been spending most of his time drunk at the London clubs and has even gotten in a fight with a photographer. Rhys however claims he is fine and is enjoying being single, "I've forgotten about Sienna, trust me. F**k Sienna, I'm over it. I'm having a great time. I won't be going for any more wrong 'uns though". Sounds a little bitter for someone who doesn't care or what do you say? Source: The People.

Tobey Maguire and his wife Jennifer Meyer hade dinner at the exclusive Madeo in Los Angeles. Upon leaving the restaurant, Mr. Spiderman transforms into something looking a bit more like The Fly as he looses his temper! What happened? His wife doesn't seem to be bothered about whatever is going on and left the restaurant with a smile. Apparently the school-age years took a toll on Tobey emotionally and he ended up dropping out of his freshman year of high school and never returned. Maybe he should seek help for his rage?

It seems baby Harlow hasn't quite tamed Nicole's wild side yet. Nicole was in Las Vegas this weekend and reportedly got in an altercation with another female in lina at the valet outside of Hard Rock Hotel. Sources say Nicole was so loud and boisterous that she had to be escorted off the property! Nicole had been inside Hard Rock at the club Waste Space partying with the Good Charlotte guys earlier that night. Nicole's rep confirms the petite star was in Las Vegas but denies she was involved in an altercation of any kind. Source: TMZ.

The other day when Mary-Kate picked up an iced coffee in LA, however, she looked more like bag-lady than a fashion icon! MK was wearing a shiny thing, it's hard to see if it's a dress or a big shirt, and her hair looked as though she hasn't been to the hairstylist for years!

The Lohan family never ceases to amaze us! Lindsay Lohan's dad Michael Lohan has recently confirmed that he has a third daughter, born while he was still married to his ex-wife Dina Lohan. The woman with whom he had an affair, Kristi Kauffman, grew tired of Michael not stepping up as the father so she finally went public with the news, thirteen years later. Kristi and Michael dated for about a month while he was married to Dina but when Kristi found out she was married Michael left her.
